The selection of the highest quality products is part of our philosophy, so we always work with the best chocolate toppings, and for the preparation of our bean to bar chocolates (from bean to tablet) we select the cacaos according to their purity, origin and their qualities.
In addition, we have replaced the fats with which we usually work in candy (butter, margarine or vegetable oils) with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Empeltre variety.
Olive oil is one of the main ingredients of almost all our sweets.And instead of refined white sugar we use brown sugar, panela, honey or natural stevia.
All our products are made in our workshop.
We even make our candied or dehydrated fruits, pralines and nuts.

Our chocolates are free from: GLUTEN / EGG / FISH AND DERIVATIVES / MUSTARDS AND DERIVATIVES / CRUSTACEANS AND DERIVATIVES / MOLLUSCS AND DERIVATIVES / SULPHITES / PEANUT AND DERIVATIVES / SESAMO GRAINS AND DERIVATIVES / CELERY AND DERIVATIVES. You also do not work with LATEX in our lab.
They are also free from GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS (GMOs), and are suitable for Lactoglycans diets.
Although some of our chocolates also do not contain LACTOSE, MILK PROTEIN or SOYBEAN, they all contain or may contain DRIED FRUIT.
